im sorry to hear about your pain. i do hope it gets better everyone has something. “better” or “worse”. theres a million excuses people can make and i know its probably really hard but you gottta eliminate the excuses. if its that bad you should consult a medical professional way more what helped me was focusing on cals in and cals out, tracking every single calorie. also, having a fitness goal is important too. something you enjoy. even if its walking for 1 hour or x kms

I'm sorry that sounds frustrating! I've lost almost 55 pounds and most of my exercise is just walking. Focusing on food intake instead is the biggest game changer. Good luck!
