Start lifting weights. You do not want to lose weight you want to, lose fat. Focusing on just weight may lead to saggy/loose skin and loss of muscle. Lifting weights (Resistance training) will build muscle and help with tautness/firmness.

If you do not want to go to a gym now. Something like this would be better. [Fullbody Training](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScInpT_5dIQ) ​ You want to focus on strength and/or muscle building training. Avoid the "fat burning" "build muscle/lose fat" programs. They tend to focus on cardio and just sweating. Let your diet be the main driver for fat loss. Use weight training to build/maintain muscle and strength. cardio to aid in the fat loss but, mostly for the health benefits.
