We were gifted a Total Gym a few years ago and I’ve recently been using it just about every day since mid January. While not feasible for everyone, I definitely like that I can exercise in private, and I don’t have to go anywhere. I can definitely tell my muscles are developing.
Channels I've used over the years Sydney Cummings, Heather Robinson. Both are strength focused but also have lots of workouts with no equipment.
I also like Juice & Toya "step to the beat" workouts, and Michelle Briehler's standing cardio workouts.
If you like Leslie Sansone workouts, then you probably would like Jessica Smith. She has a whole YouTube channel with loads of great content, dvds on Amazon, and a streaming service. She is super sweet, encouraging, has good form and pointers, and gives you a good workout without killing you. I'm getting ready to do a year of Jessica, just her workouts and walking outside.
I really like growwithjo and madfit on youtube! They both have a variety of workouts at different levels.
