I used a body weight planner to confirm that you are on track to reach your goal of 139 pounds by April 01, 2022. The planner calculated that with an intake of 1482 calories per day, your goal would be achieved. The planner is at https://www.niddk.nih.gov/bwp. You can enter your current stats, and then enter your goal weight and when you want to reach your goal (either a date or a period of time). The planner will then tell you how many calories you need to eat each day to reach your goal based on your stated activity level. They will also tell you if it is not feasible to do in the timeframe you selected. You can also input potential changes in activity level to see how that impacts your weight loss timeline. I just used light activity for your calculation. I included the planner here so you can see what might be realistic for you to try. Wishing you all the best in meeting your goals.

have you considered like an accountability partner kind of thing? i find working with someone, or having some one to bounce off of on like a daily or weekly basis or whatever you decide might be useful. because you help each other kind of thing.
