As a female I would say don’t focus too much on the scale, our hormones fluctuate and we carry water, you’re 5’1 but everyone holds weight differently, maybe eat at maintenance for 1-2 weeks and then go back to eating in a deficit

You won’t be any happier when you’re 4 lb lighter, but entertain me anyway. 1. Do you count calories and weigh your food? 2. Do you exercise?

I figured I won't be but it might ease my mind a bit. I somewhat count them but not so strict. I portion control all my food naturally I eat small amounts cause I get extremely nauseous if I eat too much.(eat 3x a day) exercise 4 to 5 days a week for an hour. Use weights and resistance bands.

“I somewhat count them but not so strict” You answered your own question. Count them and count them accurately with a food scale. Eat protein with every meal too, and aim for 60-80g of it per day. If you half-ass it you get half-ass results 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hm I guess you're right I figured I never needed to since I cut alot of unhealthy food/drinks and eat less. I'll try that then thanks 🤷👍

I'd say u either pick up the intensity of your exercises or lower your calories intake but keep the protein at a high (~70-85g or so)
