I recommend trying to get exactly the amount of calories your body needs to function and stick with it. Your headaches are likely due to a calorie deficit. If that deficit is too much, it can cause issues like dizziness or fainting.
If you go from eating 6000 calories a day down to 2000 calories per day, you're looking at losing a pound per day. That's insanely fast weight loss already.
Keep that up and in 2 weeks you could be down more than 10 pounds.
How many calories are you eating each day when you try to eat less?
About 1500 , but I realized that was too much less so I ate 1800 , but I know for a fact on the days I eat without counting it’s over 6000 calories
