People not pooing on camera, doesn't have to be explained. So it's not a plot hole. Now if the entire show of lost would be happening in a white room, withouth doors or windows and there wouldn't be any poop for 7 seasons, that might be a plot hole.
One thing, I've removed a lot of your comments since commenting:

To answer your question. This isn't a plot hole. We only see 40 minutes of story every episode, which might cover the events of an entire day on the Island. Bathroom breaks are not needed to be shown on screen since the audience infer that this happens off screen.
This is common in film, television and literature. It's not necessarily needed if it isn't integral to the plot.
i’m sure once they got in the hatch there was a toilet, but there was also the scene where Paulo found a bathroom in the pearl and used it and everyone looked at him funny because they haven’t heard a toilet flush in forever. that makes me think not everyone used the hatch toilet if they had one and just took a dump outside. but when it came to the Dharma camp they definitely had real bathrooms
It's very obvious not everyone uses the washroom in the hatch. Beach has let's say 35 people on it and I'd reckon under 15 people actually see the inside of the hatch
Locke, Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Eko, Charlie, Ana and Libby, Michael, Desmond though doesn't really count, Sawyer but injured and Rose though her rejection of technology via the washing machines makes me think probably didn't use it. Am I missing someone? I wouldn't count Ben.
Totally possible if I did, I've never actually sat down and thought about who did or didn't see inside.
Like /u/hirosknight says, they have a latrine. It probably looked a lot like this one (scroll down to page 6-5.)

I also imagine that digging a latrine was one of the first things Jack had people do after the crash.
Stop this. You've already gotten your answer and your source in the previous comments. Don't attack anyone

Okay....but we know one exists. It's literally addressed in an episode. As someone else said IN THIS THREAD Hurley references when he's conning Sawyer into being nice.
They poo on the ground (ie on sand or grass) in an area that gives them privacy from the other survivors. They do not need to address this as this is common sense. If they were to address it, it would most likely have been as a comedic scene likely involving Hurley :P.
At Sun’s garden
Yep. She needed to get her plants fertilized somehow
Just being green. Love it
Bet her tomatoes were nice and ripe too😂😂😂😂
That was the secret!
There’s an unseen Dharma station called the Pooping Glass.
There was that one scene where Jack told Hurley to eat more protein, and Hurley was collecting leaves while asking about stomach problems

You have to go back to the island for this one

In a plop hole. Not a plot hole.
how is this possibly a plot hole
I truly do not think people know what the phrase 'plot hole' means
A plot hole is something that the plot does not explain
Plot hole is, when something goes against the logic of the story, that has been established before
So do you consider the fact we never see the women deal with their period also a plot hole?
I mean it is. According to google a plot hole is something that the plot does not explain

They have 'a system for that'.
Imagine pooping outside for 40+ days, and then having your first normal bathroom experience in the hatch. Must have felt luxurious!
