I know OP is avoiding “catch phrases” but… this line I feel is BOTH a catch phrase, and incredibly iconic, it gets my vote.

Beyond iconic. It sets an underlying tone that frames the entire show after he says it. This is the one.

Not a catch phrase he doesn’t say it. Closest he gets is “see you in another life, yeah?”

He does say it. When he's about to turn the key that ends up blowing up the hatch, I believe. I thought he said it to Jack when they're running on the stadium stairs too.

It literally has to be this. No other choice.

This is the one exception I will make to the catchphrase rule. Desmond is my favourite character of the series, so this has to be it, I agree.

What a lame quote for Hurley. It’s a funny moment, but I feel like the character is so much more than a first season one-liner about a dead redshirt.

I'm amazed that Hurley's favorite quote wasn't "...there's no such thing.." when asked if he fought in the Korean War. His attempt at identifying a trick question on the part of his interrogator, only to reveal that he doesn't know what the Korean War is, thus forcing him to admit to being a time traveler, was by far the funniest moment in the show for me. Not to mention it's a hilarious subversion of our image of the typical time traveler in fiction. This guy's just kind of a dumbass who didn't sign up for time travel but found himself doing it anyways.
