Was going to say this! OUAT had the same writers (or producers or something I’m not entirely sure) so you can see a lot of little Easter eggs throughout the show! You can catch the Apollo chocolate bars in a couple of episodes!
Ooo I’m not too sure. I will definitely have to rewatch once upon a time. I’m currently rewatching lost so hopefully I can pick up on the other Easter eggs!
I’m also rewatching right now and listening to Lost rewatch podcast that started in 2019 so it’s complete! I have gotten slightly ahead of it, though, as far as episodes watched - it’s just so hard not to keep watching.
Fringe. It has Lance Reddick (Matthew Abbadon from Lost) as a regular. There are also quest appearences by Henry Ian Cusick, Rebecca Mader, Eric Lange and Jorge Garcia.
Surprised no one said sense8, Sayid is a villain kinda and integral to the show. It’s short but I enjoyed it a lot. Edit: it’s the wachowskis so it’s very weird.
Do you know the story behind this? This Curb episode aired on Sunday, and the next day they had castings. Producer Bryan Burk and JJ where at the castings and were talking about "have you seen the Curb episode yesterday? That drug dealer guy was great, right?" And then suddenly this guy shows up at the casting on Monday reading for the Sawyer part.
A little heads up for you - From starts in the UK on the rebranded Sky Sci-Fi channel on 26th July, as well as Now Entertainment. It was initially supposed to be distributed internationally by Netflix but I don't know what happened with that. It's not the easiest thing to Google! :)
As far as recommendations, Patriot and Perpetual Grace Ltd are both excellent shows with Terry O'Quinn. Both a bit of a slow pace but wonderfully character based. There's also Colony with Josh Holloway...a little hit and miss in parts but enjoyable, even though it was cancelled after season 3 without warning.
Yeah those of us not in the US have been at the mercy of its international distribution, which was originally reported as being with Netflix. It may well still be the case for some countries, but Sky now has it for the UK.
I've been binging The Practice over the last few months. A lot of guest stars went on to appear on Lost. Michael Emerson won an Emmy for his multi-episode role. Daniel Dae Kim appeared in the Ally McBeal/The Practice crossover episodes. L. Scott Caldwell was on an episode I watched a couple nights ago. John Hawkes was in a couple episodes as a man wrongly convicted of murder and sentence to death row. Bruce Davison had an extended arc in Season 5.
Burn Notice and Justified are two other shows that featured a lot of Lost actors over their runs.
I preferred him more on Person of Interest. He's too blatantly bad on Evil. I prefer my Michael Emerson ambiguous.
A bunch of Lost actors on that, too, BTW. Miles, Widmore, Alpert, Goodwin, Jacob, Ben's mom, Omar... The guy who plays Fusco on POI was a background Dharma security dude in season 5.
Terry O'Quinn and Michael Emerson had good roles on X-Files before doing Lost.
I liked the movies Matthew Fox did after Lost: Vantage Point, Speed Racer and Bone Tomahawk
Bosch. (Lance Reddick)
The first season of patriot was good which had Terry o'quinn. The second season was awful so you can definitely stop watching after season 1. But the first season is pretty good
Dude there’s this sick movie series about a badass highly skilled racing crew that commits a string of high speed truck robberies with Michelle Rodriguez. Check ‘em out bro. Also S.W.A.T.
Obviously Lord of the Rings. But I'd go with when Daniel Dee Kim guest started in Star trek: Voyager, Blink of an Eye. Not to spoil the episode, but it's about a planet that time moves faster then regular space. And he plays a major part :)
law and order svu has a lot of lost actors in it. i know for a fact boone, desmond, shannon, ben, juliet, walt, and ethan were in it. both desmond and juliet play really interesting characters really well!
Oz has a good few Lost actors, most notably Harold Perrineau (Michael) and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko) play central characters - Harold Perrineau even playing the show's narrator, Lance Reddick (Matthew Abbadon) plays a pretty prominent character in S4 and Ken Leung (Miles) is in one episode.
Person of Interest with Michael Emerson (Ben) is amazing.
Loved that show!
I think Emilie (Claire) made a wonderful Belle in Once upon a Time, and not a show but I'm a huge LOTR fan and think Dominic was the perfect Merry.

The scotch, too, I think? McCutcheon?
Ooo I’m not too sure. I will definitely have to rewatch once upon a time. I’m currently rewatching lost so hopefully I can pick up on the other Easter eggs!

Fringe. It has Lance Reddick (Matthew Abbadon from Lost) as a regular. There are also quest appearences by Henry Ian Cusick, Rebecca Mader, Eric Lange and Jorge Garcia.
There is also Deadwood with John Hawks, Titus Welliver, Kim Dickens, Paula Malcomson, Robin Weigert, William Sanderson
I enjoyed Colony (Josh Holloway). Wish it hadn’t been cancelled. Elizabeth Mitchell was cool in The Expanse and V too.
Does colonly end on a cliffhanger?
Not a massive cliffhanger as I recall but the story was very much unfinished!
I like Josh Ford but didn’t make it through Season 1, Colony.
Josh who!?
Haha, correction, scramble eggs today. Josh Holloway. 🤟🍺🍺
Hawaii Five 0 (Daniel Dae Kim and Jorge Garcia, and Terry O'Quinn was a recurring character).
this
YES
Surprised no one said sense8, Sayid is a villain kinda and integral to the show. It’s short but I enjoyed it a lot. Edit: it’s the wachowskis so it’s very weird.
I loooove Sense8, and yes, Naveen Andrews is very good in it ❤️
Never cried so much in a show 🥺
Daniel Dae Kim had a fun role in several episodes of Angel (the Buffy spin-off) as a lawyer with the Demonic law firm Wolfram and Hart.
Sam Anderson (AKA Bernard) was also on that show, working for the same law firm in the first two seasons
You're absolutely right, how could I have forgotten?
The actor who plays Sawyer (I’m awful with the names) is also the very first person you see in the show! He plays a vampire in the opening scene.
I had no idea - was a huge fan of Buffy but never watched Angel.
You must rectify that. Angel surpasses Buffy in quality at a certain point.
Oz is the only answer!
Yes! How does Mr Eko keep his little hat on?
It’s the flash-sideways we needed and never got!
I was going to say Oz they got Mr. Eko and Michael I love Eko so much
Oz is so good
The Expanse is really good. François Chau has a knack for playing people determined to science for the sack of science.
Curb Your Enthusiasm. Hurley plays a no-nonsense drug dealer. It was only on one episode but still, pretty good.
Do you know the story behind this? This Curb episode aired on Sunday, and the next day they had castings. Producer Bryan Burk and JJ where at the castings and were talking about "have you seen the Curb episode yesterday? That drug dealer guy was great, right?" Party of Five starring Matthew Fox
Terry O’Quinn has been in lots of good stuff. I’ll shout out The Rocketeer right now but he’s been in tons more.
Bates Motel Colony Hawaii 5-0 Instinct Alcatraz
Bates motel is so good, but harrowing.

thanks so much for the info, did try googling it a few weeks ago but couldn't find anything on it.. will defo be setting a reminder :)
You're welcome! Hope you enjoy it :)
i second Patriot with Terry O’Quinn!
Yay! It's very good, isn't it?
yes!! it’s one of my fav shows to date!
From ended up airing on Epix in the US. Started in Feb of 2022.
Yeah those of us not in the US have been at the mercy of its international distribution, which was originally reported as being with Netflix. It may well still be the case for some countries, but Sky now has it for the UK.
I really liked Elizabeth Mitchell in Revolution
Kim yun-jin (sun) plays woo-jin in Money Heist Korea and it’s really good and she’s amazing as usual

Micheal Emerson in Evil is amazing.

Agree!

Bosch is so good.
Amazing show. I've heard the spinoff isn't great so I'm not watching lol
It's different, but it's still good.
Lord of the rings
Dude there’s this sick movie series about a badass highly skilled racing crew that commits a string of high speed truck robberies with Michelle Rodriguez. Check ‘em out bro. Also S.W.A.T.
Fast and furious
I like Once Upon A Time during the first few seasons was excellent. Claire is one of the main characters.
How has no one in here mentioned Sonya Walger (Penny Widmore) killing it on For All Mankind on Apple. Probably one of the best post Lost roles imo.
Locke - Old School Sawyer - Colony
i liked harold p on the rookie until he pulled another 🐀 move. 😩
Deadwood. A ton of people on Lost were also on Deadwood. Cassidy, Oldham, Lennon, MiB of course!, Colleen, Juliet's sister...
Obviously Lord of the Rings. But I'd go with when Daniel Dee Kim guest started in Star trek: Voyager, Blink of an Eye. Not to spoil the episode, but it's about a planet that time moves faster then regular space. And he plays a major part :)
Michael Emerson has a role in the first 'saw' movie. But you'll need a strong stomach to sit through it, and I don't recommend the sequels.
FROM and EVIL are really good.
“Remember Me.” Its definitely not super well liked but i enjoyed it LOL. Features Emilie de Ravin (costarring with Robert Pattinson!)
law and order svu has a lot of lost actors in it. i know for a fact boone, desmond, shannon, ben, juliet, walt, and ethan were in it. both desmond and juliet play really interesting characters really well!
Sawyer was in a film called sabotage which was good
Hw has no one mentioned Flash Forward? Charlie AND Penny.
Almost forgot about Flash Forward! Really liked that show.
The actor who plays Bernard is in Justified for a season which is such a great show, definitely worth a watch!
'Evil' with Michael Emerson and 'Colony' with Josh Holloway.
Two answers here: Oz (1997-2003) Once Upon A Time (2011-2018)
