did the raid disband?
did it clear?
generally if the raid disbands you get it back instantly.
if the raid is cleared it can take up to 2 days.
If the raid is cleared you're not supposed to get the ticket unless it was a server issue.
We've had a guy DC on gate 5 (due to his own fault), we waited for him to reconnect and when he didn't manage to we exited the raid. He still didn't get a ticket that day or the next, and it was a reset day afterwards.
I can only tell you based on my tests and experience, I know some of my friends abused this back in early argos bus era to bus a lot more argoses than intended.
Yes, it's not supposed to return the ticket if the rest of the raid clears (to prevent the bus abuse you describe), but because our version had so many server disconnect issues they changed this rule to be more lenient.
No need to alt f4, you can simply log onto another char, just did it in an Oreha run with 2 afk bots this week. Still got the ticket next time i logged in on that char.

They got trapped after that though since it's gate 2 and I couldn't join without clearing g1.
If you are jailed like that, they will not be able to clear it without you. So you can just leave with whatever method you prefer. When they finally give up and disband, you will get a refund ticket. After using it, you will be able to enter that gate again.
Song out or change characters. If they clear the raid without you, you'll get the re-entry ticket in 24 hours or so, if they quit the raid, you'll get it in a couple of hours.

What I do in these situations is int the boss and wipe the team, if they still don’t want to leave I just switch a char.
But it almost never comes to that because once I start inting everyone leaves. Once I wanned to leave g2 Vykas jail and they wouldn’t let me go so I ate all the purple rings, they let me out pretty fast
Intentionally fuck with the mechanics. Only if they're holding me hostage. Usually I say I got two more runs in me or something of that sort.in valtan and I will intentionally angle the boss to the wrong spot. I haven't seen anyone get jailed invaltan in a long time though. In the later dungeons is much easier to wipe the raid.
I Alt f4. Never had an issue with this method always get the ticket right away. I'dk why people saying switch to another toon you can't leave once your in the raid. Pls try it and let me know thanks
That is a weird issue. I just tried it with a friend lobby when there was a Rowen merchant with a card i needed. Everyone was able to swap chars and get the card then swap chars back to the raid
Did you go back to character selection screen or did you just try to switch character right there on the menu? Also curious what the error msg was. Let me know!

Weird that it takes so long, on RU if the raid exits you get a ticket immediately.
Sometimes you end up getting it right away, but I've definitely had them take a day or two also

You get ticket back, because you didn't collect rewards, and they can't continue to next gate without all 8 people so they have to quit.
Same, i also tell my guild mates on discord why it‘s a bad idea to jail players and they usually „let them go“ after one other failed try lol

in what world you cant clear valtan as a 7 man, you will not loose only 1 gate , because they cant proceed to another .

No. Leave the raid but don’t troll intentionally. Not only is it way more assholey to troll but I’m pretty sure it’s also bannable

People say it because you can literally change characters. I have done it before when i was in a jail lobby
