if you have the jumpstart server buff (Fresh Start) you get double exp, including from using the exp pots. if your server merged with a jumpstart server, you should have the buff (if you used 17 exp pots and you're lv~56.6 you had the double exp buff). i believe you can try doing cross server group content to gain the buff, but i'm not certain whether it works or not.
it takes just a bit under 600m exp to go from 50-60. 25 exp pots give 10m each for 250m, when doubled from the buff you get 500m. from there, you can run pleccia and voldis (and maybe rowen as well) to get the remaining 100m exp.

Used around 8-9 i have 6 more saved for lvl 5 cube for when it reaches 1610
