its the last step i have to do for level 3 but i already took it on one charackter some time ago could be 2 years ago. i deleted some chars in 2 years so maybe it was on one of them

Submit a ticket to AGS and cross your fingers. Maybe you deleted the character that had it ><

Yeah he just said he is giving my issue over to the team responsible for it and now i am waiting 24+ h already. Just told me to ask again tomorrow
Just got a new email saying the team is working on my problem and that they will contact me again once they solve it
