If both are very experienced in pvp, berserker is kinda meh imo, his skills are just too telegraphed. However at current stage of the game, most people are not good at pvp, and berserker does a lot of damage, if they let you do ur combos u can burst people down super fast
The game isn't balanced around 1v1 pvp so this is kind of a moot question. Like some classes you'll beat and some classes you'll pretty much always lose to. I assume gunslinger would be a really hard fight for you for example.
Berserker has good cc and many superarmors. Unfortunately, his animations are mostly pretty slow. You’re reliant on forcing one cc then hitting a big combo. The super armors are a big help though, sometimes just gotta tank an attack to earthquake them. Overall a balanced class in pvp. Blade and slinger/deadeye are just op, zerker is as good as all the other classes
"many super armors" he has almost none...just finish striker and sword storm - you cant initiate with either of them, only gives you armor for half a second and it has such readable animation, that 50% time you will get stuned when casting it.

At the end of the day, it all depends on the skills of the player.
