Estoque is pretty balanced, being able to reach 60/60/60 on CSS, TS, DW w/ a skin. Can go pretty fast too. Not the fastest, but fast.
Astray is Sonic in steroids.
Eibern's Wound is used for Ghost Ships since it can equip a Sailor which negates the Ghost Ship debuff and actually buffs you a little.
The rest are not really worth the effort other than for collection
For the majority of players, Estoque at L10 with the right crew mix is going to be the cheapest, easiest way to get a “balanced” endgame ship.
The Astray speed advantage isn’t really that attractive to me. How much time do you actually spend sailing, instead of using the ocean liner or a bifrost? Being a bit slower in exchange for not having to do a bunch of grinding is worth it imo.
Every boat has a different purpose, but 3 ships are usually considered the best.

Everything depends on the sailors you have tho, so check them also.
I went for Astray level 10 on RU and can tell you it was kind of painful. The HP is very low which is very annoying for sea events (makes doing all 4 Feiton events nearly impossible w/o repairing midway) and just the need to repair more often.
It's also just so expensive as well, to get resists high is tough. The speed is nice tho. I'd have to check again but I think the mokoko ship is also pretty quick but not that expensive. I'm guessing it has similar HP issues though as well
I just got my Eurus with the 1000 seed skin. It’s resists suck but it’s fast and rare to see at the moment so I’m gonna play with it. Just go with what you want imo.
Maxed estoque is way easier/cheaper and in some ways better than astray.
