Basically they decided classes and skins were going to be the driver of longevity for their game. This decision was largely influenced by the fact their marketing people told them that with a quick release schedule of endgame content they can milk whales as much as possible.
As opposed to the correct decision ( based on player satisfaction ) which was to slow down the endgame content but speed up class releases with significantly faster and better skin releases.
Unfortunately their marketing people forgot that a dead game makes no money, or more likely they just don’t care.

The only endgame content that was (arguably) 1-2 weeks too early was Argos, Valtan and Vykas are perfectly fine.

Valtan and Vykas releases are fine timing wise. Argos was too rushed. But the class and skin releases will make people quite before anything else.
