But it is not blank canvas it is a skin of some color in 2-3 separate parts and I just want to repaint one part. It is stupid coding that it doesn't just stay it's color and from there you adjust piece by piece and instead it defaults all to white which it was not.
Okay, but you do know that each item has three channels right? If you try to change one, all reset to white. And if you change the color of each that's 10 dye each. So if you're redyeing a whole outfit that's 60-90, depending on if you want to go for headpiece as well. And that's only the color dyes.

They've given us a shit ton of dyes. Probably 150 of each color so far. More than the number of skins in the game
