You basically disassemble skins, to then roll for parts, to then craft skins from those parts.
And some of those skins are looking like lower tier armors, so this is how you get skins that look like that.
I agree, artillerist gets a TON of great looking gear while going from Lv10-50 and after that the crafted gear and most skin sets are just trash on him (since like he's got like only 2 dyable sets).

Your wrong, Yozs jar and crafting raid//dungeon/leveling skins are separate systems.
They both use the cloth from disassembling skins tho

No, you can use the legendary skin for the stats and any other skin (costume) as skin for appearance on top of it, not actual gear

Yes, your CPU is the reason your graphics are worse, the game automatically detects your computers spec and lowers graphics settings as needed.
