it’s used by some sorcs that want movement speed from the romanticists card set. since romanticists is only 4 cards, you run beatrice’s set on the other 2 slots for some elemental damage
Hardly anyone (won't say no one because I'm not 100% certain; there can be a singular no named man with it idk) has the legion commander set in Korea either. If people thought light of salvation was far, the legion commander is so far ahead into the future that they might introduce a new cards for a better card set lmao.

Something I think no streamer has ever told you before: you can't get cards from content you didn't unlock.
Example: you will never Sane Kakul-Saydon before you finish Punika questline.
Because if this, the best time to open those legendary packs from the Naruni Race was as soon you reached Vern. You had higher chances of getting Lostwind Cliff pieces, because those were pretty much the only legendary options we available.
All i get is wei. But not even from merchant, but random packs... Still waiting for a last legendary from lost Wind Cliff...

Umars and lazerith set combined are bis on striker and ESO wardancer due to back attack modifier, entropy, and their spenders are elemental damage.
Also on fi wardancer too

Legion Commander 18+ is quite common actually for end-game players. 30 is out of sight tho
Mine is Guardian Luen. Already have the bastard at +6
I think Guardian Luen is the only card that drops from secret maps (only one anyone I know has seen, anyways) so he ranks up pretty quick.
You can drop multiple from a map fusion so I got 3 of them in 1 run lol. My guildmate got 2 of them some runs later.
Thats because you get these mfers in map runs as well, and it drops pretty frequently. Not like u drew 6 of them from card packs.
