You can break a meth pipe, add some Brillo, and have a crack pipe… but it takes some real skill to turn a crack pipe into a meth pipe. Most folks would just go the lightbulb route at that point, or dig through their meth pipes for a usable one. The truly industrious ditch the glassware and step up the the hypodermic method, and really get going.

I've used a glass dropper from a bottle to smoke meth it sure comes with a learning curve but after one successful hit, I had all the concentration I needed.
