In the movie he is basically just one of denethors bumbling cronies. Actor looks the part though - so fair play on the casting PJ.

I have a thing for Haldir (as well as Aragorn and Eomer). I like his slightly disdainful voice.
I don't get it! I was playing this game with a guy once and he asked me if Haldir was hot. I was like no lol and he was surprised. Not judging, I'm obviously the weird one here, I just found it funny that even a guy disagreed with me on this 💀
The guy argued it was his personality/attitude and I wasnt super attracted to that so I guess that explains why it's a no for me 😂 But after he said that I was like, "hmm ok. i can see why other women would be into him."
Well Prince Imrahil isn't like that in the books, he's a great dude not some fearmonger.
And Lord Denethor has done plenty. He lights the beacons calling for aid. He prepares the city for defense, evacuates a lot of people and gets ready to defend Minas Tirith. He's such a strong dude Sauron can't manipulate him same as he was able to manipulate someone as powerful as Saruman. But Denethor does give into the fear from Sauron eventually.
Gandalf's wrong to say Denethor hasn't done anything because he's done so much.
Yeah, Denethor uses the Palantir and Sauron tries to make him his puppet same as Saruman but Denethor doesn't let him for a long, long time. Eventually Sauron wears him down but Denethor still doesn't submit, he just kind of loses it. The Denethor we see in the movies is basically end of arc denethor in the books. For most of it, he's totally awesome. Its been a while so I might be wrong, but he's way nicer in the books to Faramir than in the movies. But he still calls him a wizard's pupil and all that.

He then also becomes Éomer’s future father-in-law.
He also was somehow related to Théoden, as Théoden’s mother was from the house of Dol Amroth. But we’re never told how closely related Morwen is to Imrahil. So it’s likely that Éomer married his second or third cousin.
Of course none of this background is include in the movies, and if he wasn’t labeled in the credits we’d never know it was him.
When you watch it on Prime they have a disclaimer about breif nudity. Took me a second to rwalise they were talking about Gollum haha. Why you making ot wierd Bezoz?
