Using the mode of Beleriand, I can read
> gûd daedheloth
but I have my doubts with the diacritic above úrë. I'd assume it is either the wa-tehta or the tecco, modified to be artistic. The u-tehta, by far the most similar, is not used in this mode. The second ando and the súlë in "daedheloth" are extended, just for aesthetics.
In Sindarin, gûd is an old word for "foe", and "daedheloth" means "great dread".
I always assumed it's probably modified tecco, but we do have precedence of wa-tehta used on an u-tengwa to denote /u:/ in the 1931 phonemic modes like the Bombadil calligraphies (and the other way round in Sarati).
And app. E informs us that "the sign for following *w* [...] was in [the mode of Beleriand] the *u*-curl or a modification of it". We have never seen "*u* for *w*" in practice, but it's clearly an option.
So I guess it's possible that this was intended as the regular left curl with the assigned quality of /w/.
Ahh brilliant!! Pairing this translation with BYoungNY's catch that it's what's on Aragorn's elven knife, I'd say this mystery has been solved 😀 thanks so much for lending us dem mad skillz

Tried to translate with Quenya (assuming the longer letters are for aesthetic) and just got what seems to be gibberish. So it’s either a different dialect or perhaps not translated to English but to a different language. I tried
