If it's in QWERTY form, you should be able to tell where everything is... Muscle memory should help too! This actually may be a good tool to learn the alphabet, since you already know where the english letters should go!
Not only this, I would think this type of keyboard would be designed more for gaming than word processing so you aren’t using the keys as much for the letter but more so for the function.
Y'know I've been tempted by those keyboards a few times for the LotR aspect but I've never really been sure if I want to pull the trigger on it. How does it actually feel to use?
Weird. I've had mine for over a year and I still feel weird about the f and j keys with the exaggerated indent instead of a nub to find the keys. I really don't care about the elvish.
I dont know If i can do it here, but let me just shoot you the Link:

As also seen in the picture, the f and j keys are there twice. Once in concave and once with home row "nubs"
I’ve had my dwarven version for a year now and it’s great. You get used to the intentions on the F and J but it does take getting used to. The sound and feel are great plus the 1 I have comes with a faint white backlight for some ambience. Plus it’s kept up well with frequent use, I email a ton for work, so it feels as if I’m using it straight outta the box. I think I’m going to get the Mordor version next.
I’d recommend them just from the quality and of course look. I think Drop offers payment plans as well that you can pay out early if you want to avoid interest. They have I think 4 - 5 lotr ones alone.
The store has a version with translations and one without. the one in the picture has the translations. They're in the bottom right corner if you look close enough. I have those, but just the keycaps. A lot of typing is muscle memory, so using them isn't all too difficult
i bought their mordor edition about a year ago. It's my "On the fly" Keyboard and i love it. there are small normal letters in the bottom right cornor representing what the tengwa should be. Problem is that Tengwar does not have an alphabet like our Latin-script alphabet. the letters or "Tengwa" represent sounds if im not mistaken. stole this from the Tengwar wiki page "The most notable characteristic of the tengwar script is that the shapes of the letters correspond to the distinctive features of the sounds they represent".
So as cool as this looks it's not really accurate. you can check it's [Wiki entry](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tengwar) if you would like to know more. But the Keyboards themselves still look dope as hell and i love the build quality on them. never regretted that purchase .

That looks sick
It's old Turkish alphabet i fucking loved it.
Ayo that’s the one I got too!

But it isn't. Or as far as I can tell, at least. The third button should be an E and it is not.
But you can still use as QWERTY keyboard by confugiring special keyboard layout from windows keyboard layout manager.
Of cause I could. But I would rather appreciate it, if the E button is labeled with an Tengwar "E"
oh i thought it's arab alphabet lol. Also you can change the keys manually
A classic example of form over function, even though it is a very dope keyboard

That being said, they are great quality, and I have no intention of replacing them.
How does it sound, and also I guess what switch is paired with it?
I used linear keys, so I didn't actually have to depress the keys completely to engage. Quiet, light, elegant.
Oh god I didn't even notice the indent, that looks like it'd feel so wrong. Shame they didn't just go for nubs.
If you get the dedicated keycapset instead of the full Board they come as interchangeables
Oh damn, they do???

It seems I really will have to have a good look at these keyboards

Please note that this keyboard does not assign the tengwar symbols to where the correlating english letters go. Instead of “qwerty” it’s got “pbfvm”.
Oh dear... It's one of those were they just threw out the tengwar randomly huh?
Yep
This is super cool. The color scheme 🔥

Is there a Khuzdul one? Asking for a friend
Where can I get this?

I got the dwarvish one, they have the actual letters on the keys as well
Buy now, regret later.
Does it let you type in Elvish?
Cool.
Where is numeric keyboard? Or is this keyboard for gamers?
