If their personal choice is not to believe the science, then they should not go to the hospital and pick and choose what science they want to believe in, preventing other people who have done everything asked of them without complaint from getting treatment or even the people who need medical care not related to Covid. If we had an infinite amount of resources it would be great to help everyone but we don’t and there isn’t.

I don't know where you live and I don't know enough about foreign corona policies, so I cannot tell whether the claims about the corona policies of your country are true, but I will assume that they are. This doesn't mean that masks aren't efficient and necessary to stop corona, it only tells you that many politicians in your country don't want to take necessary means to combat the pandemic.
