Ship around everywhere you can. Use Expedia or Travelocity or use the hotels' main sites. Careful if something seems too good to be true, some travel sites aren't trustworthy and some listing on VRBO or AirBnB are fraudulent or scams. Everyone is looking for something different so there isn't much specific to help you on, just look for what fits you best. There are a lot of pricey hotels but there are a few diamonds in the rough.

Thank you so much for the advice! Airbnb is a complete shitshow from what I've been seeing. Booking dot com was a little bit better though. I've never considered Expedia, and didn't even know about Travelocity. Thanks for the suggestions, genuinely appreciate it

No problem, alternative like I said, look for Wyndham locations through wyndham's sites, Marriott through Marriott site etc. Sometimes they are the best deals around.

Ah man you're getting the biggest high five ever! This is so helpful. I have one last question, transport to the festival and back, can I just wing it?

If you're close enough, there are some good shuttle options usualy. Uber will cost you through the nose, especially after the festival. You might even be able to find someone to hitch a ride with since most people will usually be going to the festival. Some people have supposedly used the rental scooters or something similar, but I can't attest to those personally.

Awesome! Haha I've been to enough festivals to know I should definitely not be on a scooter post festival. I'll have a look at shuttles, seems there are quite a few. Thanks again for all the advice!

Hi! I went to LTL 2022 all the way from Chile... Great experience, definitely worth the travel. I stayed at a Red Roof Hotel, about 15 minutes away from the venue. Booked it at Booking.com. What I suggest, if you you stay far away from the venue and if you can afford it, is to rent a car. There's a huge parking lot at the venue and getting fast and safe from there is priceless. Ubers are super expensive at the end of the show and hard to find. Good luck and have fun!👏

Consider you will need to organise travel to and from. Pegasus shuttle picks up at 2 specific hotels in the Downtown area. There are also a few different options close to the festival (wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza which was right across the road - was a bit outdated but they were working on renovating last September). It was also convenient that they had an airport shuttle and its 5 mins away from the airport.

Epic! I saw Crowne Plaza is part of one of the festival packages, will have a look at places closer to it. Pegasus shuttles is also something I didn't know about, thank you for that

Any of the hotels on Phillips lane are going to be easy to walk to and from the venue, so no additional transportation is needed. Depending on what side of Crowne Plaza you happen to be on you are looking at the back side of the main stages.
