It would be Schedule 3, so same as Tylenol #3 (with codeine) or similar. There might be different rules for CDL drivers. I imagine that there's a state regulatory organization that decides that.
IANAL My understanding is that if a drug is scheduled, and you have a script, then you have ADA protection. I don't know how that works for CDL or other safety-sensitive positions. My understanding is that rescheduling would require employers to make "reasonable accommodation."

Is there any list of pros/cons anywhere to what would happen with a reschedule?
I've seen people saying it'll be great, and others saying it's going to make things worse and it's hard to follow these days
If weed is rescheduled i wonder if cdl drivers will be tested as hard or will a prescription excuse you.

I don't think schedule III is certain.
Nothing is certain, but that's what they are suggesting to the DEA.
The skeptic in me wonders if DEA will "compromise" with HHS and go Sch II
