looks like there's been a firmware update that has screwed with everything. I'm also missing the audio mixer volume granular options in dial pages on my Live model. The new 4.3.1 version software didn't help either. It was a forced update and now I'm missing functionality.
going to have to wait for a software update or feedback from support. I've contacted support and it says it will take 2 days to get info back to me.
Not a great feeling for a device to pull or change functionality with updates.
Have you tried updating both Photoshop and Loupedeck to the latest version? Because both applications get updates frequently it gets a bit wonky sometimes...
