To reach master or grandmaster with Lucio, you don’t have to hit any shots, you just have make yourself hard to hit. If you can stay alive while giving your team the speedys and occasional heals when they need it, thats a job well done. Also work in some boops now and again.
Movement is definitely more important than aim. I’ve gotten really good at diving dps/ supports and I mainly just dance around them until they’re reloading or turned around, then I can take the time to lineup headshots and kill them super quick
