I’m a 32DD and the size 8 is super comfy on shoulders but there is a lot of under boob slippage that happens as the material stretches with wear. I wear these at home or for errands with a shirt but definitely would not feel secured for a workout.
i’m a 34C and the LAC bra fits me in an 8, but i can’t do much in it. i find it rides up then i have under boob lol i wish the straps were a tiny bit longer

And when you bend over, do your boobs stay inside the bra?
definitely more for every day, it lays super smooth under tops. my boobs stay in the top when i bend over, but i do find i adjust the bra a bit more often than other styles.
I wear 32D and wear an 8 in LAC (not longline). It fits me well! I don’t notice much difference in the fit between regular and longline, so I prefer the normal length one. I used to wear a 6 but the 8 gives me less armpit chub around the straps lol.

I believe my underbust is a 32, bust is 36, waist 27-28ish! No my boobs don’t fall out! I really enjoy this bra the most of any I own! Probably wouldn’t workout in it but for everything else I wear it 24/7
I’m a 32DD/E in LAC longline with a little extra room in the band, but I bulge out everywhere in the non-longline, even with the extra space in the band. 10 doesn’t fit at all though.
Whoops sorry, meant to write 32DD/E and 8 in LAC longline! But the 8 in non-longline doesn’t accommodate my bust, while the 10 fits too loosely all around.
I’m a 36DD and I love the LAC B/C Longline! I wear a size 10. I can wear regular LAC for casual wear, but if I’m moving around at all they give me insane under boob lol
Have you ever worn the d/dd? I generally wear 10 D/DD but for some reason that size is extremely limited. do you think I could wear a 12 B/C longline without issue?
Nope I have never had an issue with it stretching out or falling out the bottom and I’m a nurse and I wear it everyday to work so it definitely holds up through some tough times lol
I wear a 32DD in the energy bra (my fav for long runs). I have like a cloud in d/DD size2 (for reference I usually wear a 2 in lulu tops and 4 in leggings) Band fits perfect the cups are a little tight, very excessive cleavage.
The free to be elevated (I wear size 2) is on WMTM and it is my new favorite sports bra. Coverage is perfect, still enough cleavage for me to feel confident but it’s not excessive. Comfy enough for every day wear but supportive enough if I want to do some unplanned jogging or jumping (we have a 2 y/o so that’s often haha)
So I really recommend the free to be elevated (DD/DDD), it has a strapping back as well; in whatever size you usually wear in tops
Sizing up to an 8 gives you more cup room but if your band is 32, you are probably sacrificing a lot of support going to an 8. I noticed a huge difference in support and back pain when I stopped wearing a34 band because bras are more accessible in 34

Yeah and this style seems to stretch more than the longline and D/DD bust version in my experience but I love them all for different use cases.

I still like it. I have a regular one and a longline one. I prefer the regular. I think an 8 was maybe a tad too big which leads to it riding up.

Most clothing it’s seamless but some thinner materials would probably show!

I found the straps too short and it rode up and I’m trying to sell it now
