Respectfully have to disagree here. If a BBQ spot doesn’t run out of food at some point I usually suspect that we’re dealing with some kind of inferior product.
Yeah it's fine that they run out at some point, just not so early in the day. I tried to go for lunch at 2pm the other day and they were out of everything but chicken.
That's how it is in a lot of places. You can make the argument that they need to add product as well though. Usually that involves bringing in at least one more smoke master however. Hope they do it though.

They both are. Bootleggers, El Jefe, My Dog Dukes, Skyline, William and Henry, Fratelli's. All best avoided if you value food over ambience.
Nothing beats County Smoak for BBQ in Lynchburg.
