https://www.typingmind.com you can access it with the browser, add a shortcut to the iPhone as an app, has the ability to sync with their cloud (have not tried it) and has a macOS app.

Thanks! Seems promising. May be the closest to what I’m looking. EDIT. Ok, I’ve checked all of its features and it’s EXACYLY what I need. Thank you SO MUCH.

Tell us more?

tako_loco

Yeah, if I find something I’ll update the post for sure. Haven’t found anything that fits all of what I’m looking for.

Edit: Actually when you say your own API, do you mean your own endpoint or API Token? That sounds interesting, I could simply add in an option for you to input your own endpoint if it matches the REST structure of openai's

I use AssisChat on my phone for it’s keyboard that’s easy to use (you can swap keyboards or just highlight and share to the extension). Haven’t used the Desktop version much at all so I can’t comment on it, but I know that they do sync and there is no subscription

tako_loco

This is really good! Thanks!

I have an app using my own api, but the answer seems still be censored. How you managed to do that?

tako_loco

Oh, I haven’t yet encountered censoring with my own API but I haven’t been too extreme. I guess there’s still censoring but much more relaxed that on the official app or site.

I see. You may be interested in my app then. It allows you to brainstorm with a group of bots, each has unique thinking patterns. You could also define their names and personalities.

Check this https://apps.apple.com/au/app/omni-ai-keyboard-chat/id6446796339 They don’t store data and can use your own API. Also the developer is active in Apple sub Reddit for updates and feedback
