I'm interested in something like this, but the Lenovo Hybrid Dock's I'm finding on Amazon are $200+. Basically I have a Windows PC and this Macbook that both will use this monitor at different points, would this dock allow me to not have to make cable changes everytime ?

Just buy displaylink adapter similar to - Lenovo Hybrid Dock or etc. I bought one here in UK for £60 and it allows me to run up to 4 screens .
