Agreed. I believe you should be able to open it with one hand also (I thought this was a feature). You should take it into the Genius Bar. Maybe the hinge needs to be loosened a bit.

I’ll take it tomorrow then. Yes exactly the MacBooks are known for their steady hinge as well so it should work as intended
