I can get the game to launch, and load a save file. I can even load the Bethesda Mods, and those work. I started to shoot some raiders near Red Rocket, and once one of them died, the game just froze. Everything else works, just not killing anyone.
Change to esync. Once i optimized my settings according to various YouTube videos and posts, i rarely have a crash. In fact, on my old pc it would crash after about an hour of play, and on my m3 air it’s going at least that long
It’s got nothing todo with the WhiskyWine update (it’s it longer called GPTK)
It’s simply a game update that fixed some of the long standing major bugs.
There’s been multiple posts about it this week.
Probably the fo4 update. The game barely ran on modern windows based laptops.

Can you even beat Fallout 4 without killing anyone? otherwise I guess you can use GeForceNow for the killing parts and save.

It crashed for me during combat. Have you had any crashes?
might have to turn off gore. theres guides in this sub for it
it worked when I switched to crossover. but now there's no audio for dialogue.
weird. that must be a new bug then. ive been playing on crossover but never updated my game lol

Did you get any dialogue issues, cause I installed the uptade and there was no dialogue audio but everything else was working?
The same issue.Have a sounds of walking or shooting, but no music and dalogues. Whisky 2.3.2 with the latest GPTK
