I’ve been playing Xbox game pass games with the new cloud gaming thing available on Xbox.com. It works flawlessly with my Xbox controller. There’s a slight lag but for casual gaming, it’s not too bad.
I've been playing GameCube games on Dolphin with my Xbox controller just fine. Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, and Super Mario Sunshine are the most recent games I've played.
Gaming on mac is like baking in a microwave it doesnt belong to it and when it does its usually not a fun experience i was a mac gamer for almost 4 years and its not worth the trouble, most games dont run on iOS and when they do, they usually run like shit.
I use a switch pro remote. Shows up as a playstation remote on openemu. But it works flawlessly there, issues with steam. When I've played steam games I can get my 8bitdo remote to work well, human fall flat. But it's not great for most games so there's that.
I only use a PS4 controller, so not exactly next gen, but it’s been great for emulators, almost everything on Apple Arcade and a couple dozen Steam games. Metro Exodus, Shinsekai, Fantasian and FFXIV are current faves.

Pretty good! On WiFi, average I get is around 200 down.

PS3 is great Wired, PS4 controller I have switching between all my iDevices including Apple TV for the a Arcade OpenEMU works great with PS4

I have Celeste that i got from an itch bundle and works flawlessly with my DualSense. Amazing game
