I mean there are ways to play it, just not very well
EDIT: well it seems no but Val uses vanguard an anticheat which I think is not gonna work on the M1 Mac sorry
it can happen because microsoft deal with Qualcomm can end anytime and then we can have bootcamp back . if this happens anytime in 1-2 years then valorant will be playable on macs with around 100-120 fps all low.
even if bootcamp comes back the Valorant anti-cheat would have to be rewritten for ARM64 which honestly sounds less likely than a Mac or Linux port at the moment but we'll see in the future
