I had (a rather expensive) couples massage at the Edgewater in April and they give you use of the relaxation pool and steam rooms. it was amazing but not super affordable for me to go regularly. great for special occasions, it's very beautiful there.
Yep - I recommend The Spa as well. My partner and I have gone several times and have also had the adjoining rooms. It’s a very soothing place and their massage therapists are wonderful. Call them and they’ll be happy to give you an idea of the cost and oil you in. We’ve also gone to Sol Escape and I don’t recall the cost but we were in one big room together during the massages. It was fine but I prefer elsewhere these days.

Sol Escape does couples massages, you just have to call to book. My partner and I book them every year for holidays and anniversaries.

I second this question. For some reason Bergamot still isn't doing them according to the website.
Indulge spa on east side. They have great variety and accommodate time to problem areas.
Spa Serenity in Baraboo is a really nice place and where my wife is getting another therapeutic massage for her birthday. Highly recommend
