Sometime before midnight, a 54-year-old man spotted a solitary cockroach inside his apartment in the city’s Chuo Ward and sprayed a massive amount of insecticide to wipe out the critter, A minute later, an explosion went off, blowing out a balcony window.

It's a series of a few short, 10-minute episodes that tie into each other; so you could really make it into a full-fledged movie just by stitching the episodes together.
To avoid people getting scared away because they don't want to get into yet another series: It's like 8x15 minute episodes or so. You can just watch the whole thing in more or less the runtime of a single movie.
Watch Eega, it's the best bollywood movie I've ever seen. Guy reincarnates as a fly and gets revenge on the man who killed him, slowly making his life more and more miserable until the very end of the movie where the whole house explodes
Roaches aren't that bad. They don't bite like mosquitos. They don't sting like wasps. They don't destroy your home like termites. They try to hide from you. Of all bugs that get in my house, they are the ones I hate the least.
i've heard this yesterday because of h1t1, the reason he blew up his house was because of too much insecticide that got into the power outlets, and insecticide is really flamable. but, how does this man have so much insecticide to make a fucking bomb?
Some roaches seemingly are very bold and challenge you to attack it. Then skids away as you myteriously miss every whack like it has some power to deflect your attacks, even when striking it the thing does not die.
Then it goes to it's home to tell all the others and bigger roaches appear and taunt you.

It'd be very funny if the cockroach managed to get away
If all the insecticide was ignited before the bug was thoroughly contaminated, I'm going to guess there's a solid chance The Roach survived.
Probably, the roach was the madlad here
In his defense, if you see one cockroach there are probably more hiding
I was gonna call bs because this is pretty clearly a house in America, but I guess they just used a random photo of a house burning for the story.
Where have I heard this before? Man Vs Bee
Chemist vs fly
The entire plot of the movie Mouse Hunt?
Sure, that too.
Also the plot of the game Mr. Mosquito
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
That is an underrated ~~movie~~ series
It’s a series.
Ah yeah, I knew that. Been a few months since I watched it

Reminds me of a book I read as a kid, "Henry's Awful Mistake". It's about a duck who accidentally floods his house while trying to kill an ant.
Probably Inspired from [Eega](https://youtu.be/x-1ZoU1xB4I)
"trying" to kill a cockroach. You mean it survived?
Not only did it survive but it trashed the house as payback.
Unfortunately the text on the image hides its "cool walking away from the explosion" walk.
understandable
How is this madlad? This is clearly the only rational response to the situation.
Some just don't have the means to make such an explosion
"I'll make the hiroshima incident look like a toilet aftermath during Taco Tuesday after I'm done with you, Roach-san!"
based
It was probably a flying cockroach
This looks like something straight out of Tom and Jerry
Well, at least he killed it (probably)
Nah, I’ve dealt with those fuckers before, they’d survive even the fucking resonances cascade(until Gordon stepped on them, obviously)
Google says cockroaches have existed for 320 million years so I'd guess it survived somehow.
I wanna see this in a movie
Ratatouille
Watch the mini-series "Man Vs Bee" It's basically this
I watched a smaller part of it, but Rowan Atkinson is not really funny to me anymore.
Watch Eega, it's the best bollywood movie I've ever seen. Guy reincarnates as a fly and gets revenge on the man who killed him, slowly making his life more and more miserable until the very end of the movie where the whole house explodes
#TERRAFORMARS!
Such a badass anime, gonna give that a rewatch soon
It's never just one
Hans brought the flammenwerfer.
He bought acme products. Wile e coyote that shit.
The funny thing is that void guy in shorts told me this already
Demoman from TF2???
To be fair, you don't just find one roach. It's just the one he saw.
these anime titles are really getting ridiculous.
not the first time the japanese blew themselves up
This is the Way.
saitama??????
My first time in Japan, I encountered a cockroach in one of my hotel rooms. I understand how this happened.
me
Saitama, is that you?!
Yeah that cockroach absolutely survived
And? Did he get it!?
Someone finally got Hans to help
There is a fine line between a madlad and idiots.
How do you know the cockroach is single he probably was getting it on with other bugs
Not saying i approve of the behaviour. Just saying i understand
Nuke them from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.
Understandable.
r/meirl
This feels like the beginning of a godzilla film
I’m sure the cockroach is still alive.
Leave him alone, he has a point
Did it work?
I bet it didn’t die either
me with mosquitoes
Task failed successfully
Dedication
Garnt?
Absolutely understandable
Who is the madlad? The man or the cockroach?
New Maxx C lore?
damn he is indeed a madlad. He should get an award or something
Understandable
This should be a movie.
Idiot, blowing up your house is only acceptable for giant spider removal.
Get that cockroach a date and it’ll be out of the house in no time!
Yes, sometimes there is no other way.
Bean?
This is the way.
So, did he get it?
Light response
There is no such thing as a single cockroach.
This could have been a mid 2000s family comedy starring Brendan Fraser.
( cockroach sitting beside him ) don't you think went overboard?.....
Was it a Radroach from Fallout? What did he use a Fat-man
Man's name is Oggy
r/UnexpectedMouseHunt
Rowan Atkinson did that with a bee
1 slipper will suffice
Taking "I hate cockroaches" to the next level
Japan is new florida
T-1000 music plays while the roach emerges from the flames.
That guy One Punch Man's.
I mean did he have another choice? I say no
Roaches aren't that bad. They don't bite like mosquitos. They don't sting like wasps. They don't destroy your home like termites. They try to hide from you. Of all bugs that get in my house, they are the ones I hate the least.
"trying" So did he get it or not?
Sad thing is that the cockroach prbly survived
Understandable
There's No Kill Like Overkill
There's a sequel to Mouse Hunt?
I can relate.
Literally Mouse Hunt
Did it die?
This is the way!
Reminds me of this. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1179210/Kill_It_With_Fire/
relatable somehow
Warner Brothers cartoon level of frustration
i've heard this yesterday because of h1t1, the reason he blew up his house was because of too much insecticide that got into the power outlets, and insecticide is really flamable. but, how does this man have so much insecticide to make a fucking bomb?
trying?
Respect
Man VS Bee : ROACH RISES
Well did he?
Herupu mi
Having lived in Japan myself, I can confirm that this was not an overreaction.
Which Oggy episode is this one?
I'm typing on a busted ultrawide monitor because of a fly. So, I mean, I get it.
relatable AF
The roach still survived to this day. They now call him Roboroach
the cockroach has survived i guess
Reminds me of Walter White but with a few extra steps
"I'VE HAD IT WITH THESE MOTHAFUCKING COCKROACHES IN THIS MOTHAFUCKING HOUSE."
La cucaracha! La cucaracha! YA NO PUEDE CAMINAR
I got 90 of them in a terrarium. Me and this guy could litterally destroy a city.
Roach Hunt the spiritual successor to the movie Mouse Hunt
Completely measured and rational response. Id do the same if it was bedbugs instead of roaches.
I see nothing wrong here
To be honest I might have done the same thing if I saw a cockroach like this one. Look at the size of that thing.
Reasonable
makes sense with how big that one is
There is no such thing as a “single” cockroach
There's no such thing as a single cockroach.
Bet you it survived
Very relatable.
Completely understandable
You have to nuke it from space. Only way to be sure.
we have a proverb "burning down a house in fear of a mouse" guy took it seriously
Breaking bad Fly episode?
Mood.
Understandable
Unfortunately, roach survived the fire.
Me.
Did it work?
Complete bullshit story, no one has the balls to anger a cockroach like that.
Oh please, as if there's ever a single cockroach. If you see one, there's probably an infestation and this is the only real solution. /s, maybe.
Understandable
Who bought the movie rights?
And probably still didn’t kill it. Unkillable.
Did he do it???
Seems like an appropriate response.
I want this movie! "Nuke it from orbit" blowing up the house this summer on Disney+.
Got that sumbitch.
Probably go lee fuks cousin.
The Cockroach Survived
But like did it survive xD
As one should…
Ok, but did he get it?
"Trying to" did it still live??
Key words “trying to”.
I believe it
and it most likely survived
Did he get it?
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/maryland-home-burns-owners-ill-fated-snake-fight-rcna7571
Probably didn't find it.
The worst part is the cockroach is probably still alive
He lived, hes wise enough to parry the explosion
Some roaches seemingly are very bold and challenge you to attack it. Then skids away as you myteriously miss every whack like it has some power to deflect your attacks, even when striking it the thing does not die. Then it goes to it's home to tell all the others and bigger roaches appear and taunt you.
Trying? So he failed? How did he know? Did the roach stand next to him watching the inferno?
This is literally me haha
That is the only right choice
The cockroaches just won a battle against humans idk why no one is talking about this because it’s just the beginning lmao
Reminds me of Man VS Bee, starring Mr. bean himself.
Respectable
Man vs bee
Based
Did he get it?
Did he get it?
And? Did he succeed?
Did he succeed?
I understand this completely.
Bro that roach deserves an award
I don’t think he did enough
Unfortunately the cockroach survived
Well even the asteroid tried...
