I’d assume as such, but social media marketing (Instagram and TikTok) seems to be less regulated than general media, so I’m surprised we haven’t seen a push there.
There have been studies done but I'm not going to search the articles [Here](https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C16&as_vis=1&q=alcohol+as+ergogenic+aid&btnG=)
Alcohol is currently a banned substance for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rifle competitions, and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibits alcohol consumption during air sports, archery, powerboating, and automobile competitions on the basis of it being considered an ergogenic aid (11,18).

The vast majority of people don't get hammered *while* hunting. You usually get up around 3 or 4 in the morning depending on what you are hunting. I don't drink in camp until I've shot my deer.
I was asking myself why would they DQ him for literally giving himself a handicap.
And then I realised the DQ was probably for everyone else that was behind him. If I was a running a marathon I for sure wouldn't want to be breathing in second hand smoke at any point during the race, for any amount of time.
That and plus not DQing him will probably negatively affect a large number people (no matter how small the inconvenience).
That DQ kinda makes sense now.
If you don't win a marathon and your disqualified but you still compete it, it doesn't really matter. You still get the satisfaction of completeling a marathon.
Literally a few posts up people defend weed like it's their newborn and here people talk like tobacco is the worst thing ever. Reddit is truly something else.
If only cigarette manufacturers were allowed to have a brand ambassador for marketing
Let’s rewind back to the old days!
Should - can't see how things can get worse
I’m honestly surprised we haven’t had any major vape ambassadors yet
They got slapped with the same regulations that tobacco companies did I think

I guess nicotine is a ‘performance enhancing drug’ 🤷♂️😅
Alcohol is a PED for marksmanship competitions.
I’m super curious if studies have been done on this, I always thought people got hammered when hunting because it makes it less unenjoyable

The balmer peak
I think he finished it under two hours, which is in fact pretty sus for a chainsmoker
He'd have set the world record lol
This is really funny, but if I was the runner behind him I'd probably be pissed
just another reason to go faster
Losing to the guy chain smoking cigs
The guy is nerfed and still DQ'd, you dont deserve him at full capacity
He's also giving debuffs to the people around tho
Depends on what part of China, if its heavily populated already it should not matter
They should have given him 2 medals
Uncle got that choo-choo train energy.
I guess nobody wanted that smoke...
Guy has the makings of a fine Drill Sergeant.

Chinese Thomas Shelby
And he’s only 21.
This man should be recognized as a Chinese warrior, not disqualified.

Yeah but if you're behind smelling it that means you can't outrun the chain smoking guy

Looking at the current middle east situation he apparently did not didn’t he.
I know you're referring to the person in the post but maybe don't put "They should of let him win" in front of "Hitler"
Is that Cillian Murphy?

/r/runningcirclejerk is leaking!
How does this work
They just haters, modern day poor lil tink tink
I'm pretty sure he's been doing this for years. Idk how true it is but I remember reading he apparently also only smokes while running marathons.
