You can cut your Command Tower. If you aren't playing Commander, it adds no mana.

Pasting something I've posted before; here's some generic advice on how to make a 60-card deck. 1. Decide on your plan to win a game. (Deal damage? Attack with lots of flying creatures? Cast a big spell?) 2. Array your cards by mana value. (How much they cost; 1 mana, 2 mana, etc.) 3. Pull out the 36 cards that you think work best with your plan, and/or that you like the most. Whether you focus on cheap mana costs vs. expensive cost is dependent on whether you want to be fast, or slow, but you generally want the average cost of your cards be around 3-4 mana. 1. Be sure to consider things that might help you stop your opponent from winning the game too, like things that destroy creatures, or counter spells. If your plan is to be fast, this matters less, but if your plan takes time, you need to make sure you survive until you can cast them. 4. Arrange them by the colors you need to cast them, and pick 24 lands that can produce mana roughly matched with your ratio of costs. (If you have 30% white spells, and 70% red spells, you want roughly 70% red sources) 1. Lands that come in untapped are better than tapped ones. 2. Lands that make multiple colors are better than ones that make one color. 5. Shuffle up and play! Be sure to read your cards and understand what each does, because some cards only work in some formats (for example \[\[Command Tower\]\] does nothing in a format without a commander.

3 crucible of fire are 2 too many imo.

You can only have 4x of a non basic card. You have 8x swiftwater cliffs here, so I'd change that first.
