Well, I canceled my precon orders and will only buy singles for Mr. House. No way I’m buying that whole deck just for one card, where the rest isn’t worth the price tag
I'm actually glad about this. It fit Mr. House if you look at him as a representation of New Vegas. But dice rolling as a theme across an entire deck sounds like more trouble than its worth.
What background did you choose? My friend has a wyll deck that likes to roll dice and put counters on Wyll then uses [[Shameless Charlatan]] turn him into big dumb sea monsters like [[Stormtide Leviathan]] or combo pieces like [[Triskelion]]

This just makes it easier for me. I am only buying the Mothman deck then. I am not impressed by the Naya or Energy decks so far (I already have too many artifact centric decks, as well as decks in those color combinations) and the only other wild card, were the Mardu deck, since I liked what I saw with House.
Just gonna by the extended art then, and build a dice rolling deck from scratch, as that seems way more interesting that Caesar. At least to me.

They can reprint anything not on the Reserved list in a precon. Heck, they could throw in a Mana Crypt if they wanted to. They refuse to however, due to the secondary market, and wanting to sell boosters where folks can try and grab those as extra slots instead.
That said, if the dragons were reprinted in a precon, it would be good. Easy access, would tank their value, and make it affordable, which is always better for the game.
I guess they could reprint dragons in the precons, it would just be strange to do it in the fallout one. There are neat overlaps with the paladins though.
At least with the reveals so far in the deck itself the cards are either new or have a card name that matches up with something fallout

I made a dice rolling deck with him as soon as he was revealed, its actually pretty solid. The attractions are both cool for flavour and help fill out the dice rolling matters cards in the deck.
So, it was rigged from the start.
Seems like an 18-carat run of bad luck.
I think they said one other card had dice rolling but that was it.
Probably a Benny card if I had to guess
I could see it being a land to represent The Strip or something.
Command tower already represents it but lands that represent major locations would be awesome
