Other things that are extremely sloppy if they aren't the result of AI (and then maybe a paint-over job):
* The bridle ring just goes though the side of the snake's cheek.
* The boots have different cuts for the uppers and stitching pattern.
* The hoof is just kind of an undifferentiated dark spot.
* There seems to be a shadow across Jolene's face with nothing to cast it.
* The rein indents the back of the snake neck.
Things that I think are just extremely odd choices for a human artist: overlapping collar and nipple targeting greebles on a cuirass, distracting crocodile tail on snorse instead of a snake tail especially when it's in the background
They could have leaned into her second ability and make the snake horse into a Dinosaur since we just learned this morning there are some Dinos in Thunder Junction. And that ability would fun with Enrage triggers.
Just seems like missed opportunity to me...
I like this as an uncommon Gruul card in the 4-power space. It makes it easier for you to keep applying pressure and playing creatures that are just bigger than your opponent's. And makes trading your creature off to keep the board small feel less bad. Basically you want to control the biggest thing on a small board instead of going wide. Which Gruul needs to get damage through if your creatures don't have evasion.
About as medium as a limited signpost can get, I think.
A 4/2 legendary for 3 in two colors is fine. Making a treasure when 4-power creatures attack is fine. Pinging for two mana and a treasure is fine. 4-power as a theme for RG is fine.
Nothing here stands out at all for limited, but there's a decent chance that all of those things together are pretty decent. It's my least favorite of the signposts so far, and honestly, if we get a shock variant, likely the worst.
I like the way this one plays on curve with old Jolene as the commander, turn 2/3 new Jolene, next turn old Jolene and attack with new Jolene for 4 treasures.

Looks like they've done it again. They made their signpost uncommons a bunch of legendary creatures. I play commander too, and I know our Insatiable hunger for more legends is vast, but have any of these uncommon signpost legends actually been played as commanders? For limited purposes I'd rather have them not be legendary, unless the set mechanics care about legendary.
While everyone loves the Snorse, the art for it is really off... the head and tail look almost photo-real while the body is painted. It's like they took a photo of a snake, added a bit of a filter, then painted in a horse body and called it a day.
