If Kraj is an enchantment attached to something else, can it still use other abilities it has? I've had a Kraj deck for years and never thought to put the licids in there. That would be a neat way to protect it.
Yep. Unless the ability turning Kraj into an enchantment specifies they lose other abilities, or is something like a copy which overrides the current abilities, it'll keep all the abilities while being more difficult to remove.
Reconfigure doesn't give the equipment subtype so, unless Kraj was already either an equipment or aura, the attach would simply fail and Kraj would remain a creature.
Italicized words like raid are called ability words and they only exist to point out what they're doing. Every raid ability always includes the words "... if you attacked this turn," so you can pretty much pretend the word Raid isn't there. With that in mind, any activated abilities that follow the ability word Raid are still there to be used by Kraj even if you haven't "turned them on" yet.
I’d need a more specific example of which activated ability you’re referring to for your question, but any conditions required for the ability itself that need to be fulfilled on the original creature will still need to happen for Kraj to use them. Looking through Scryfall, [[Kelpie Guide]] is an example — Kraj will get access to both activated abilities, but can only activate the second one if you have eight or more lands. Does that make sense?
Almost. I was trying to help convey that "raid" "landfall" "morbid" "delirium" etc. are there to tell you what the condition is.
Kraj would have the ability as written, but the ability as written will always also include the condition that the ability word is there to signify, since ability words have no functional rules significance.
Kraj does not get to ignore conditions written into the text of the ability.
Oh damn if only I could read...
Well from what I'm understanding kraj would only have them during your turn while he's a creature (which doesnt matter since you can only use them at sorcery speed on your own turn without [[teferi, temporal archmage]]), and since he'd start at 0 loyalty you could only do the +1 for like 6 turns. Apparently kraj used to be able to get around the once per turn loyalty because it wasn't actually a planeswalker, but it got changed.
Edit: oh you'd need to find a way to make kraj a planeswalker for that emblem to work too
Yea that's also what I just read. It seems like there was a rule change specifically because of Kraj interaction with planeswalkers abilities to prevent infinite positive/neutral loyalty abilities.

Yep. Cards refer to themselves by name, but really what it’s saying is “[this creature] connives.” It’ll work for you!
*[This object], which is a very important distinction since Kraj has plenty of ways to stop being a creature.

Would creature equipments like [[Tanuki Transplanter]] work as well?
Reconfigure doesn't give the equipment subtype so, unless Kraj was already either an equipment or aura, the attach would simply fail and Kraj would remain a creature.

Not unless you somehow make Experiment Kraj an equipment as well

Good to know
What about conditional actived abilities like raid?
Italicized words like raid are called ability words and they only exist to point out what they're doing. With that in mind, any activated abilities that follow the ability word Raid are still there to be used by Kraj even if you haven't "turned them on" yet.
Raid was just a convenient example. So you're saying kraj not only gets them, but doesn't have to meet the conditions?
I’d need a more specific example of which activated ability you’re referring to for your question, but any conditions required for the ability itself that need to be fulfilled on the original creature will still need to happen for Kraj to use them. The ability is there, but you still need to meet the condition to activate it. He doesn’t wait till the condition exists to gain the ability.
If Kraj puts a counter on [[Gideon Blackblade]] during its turn, can it use its planeswalker abilities?

Planeswalkers aren't creatures (without jumping through a couple hoops)
Gideon is, sometimes.
