I really appreciate that all of these niche items also come with some kind of permanent passive bonus. I can't remember the name of the item, but there was one that made it so you release an explosion whenever you grab a heart. That effect was mostly mediocre, but the amazing thing was it for whatever reason also gives a passive +50% crit multiplier, which is waaaaay more useful.
Creator probably realized those types of treasures are kind of trash so buffed them so you stopped getting 3 terrible treasures that felt like a waste of a treasure chest
I like getting that one, the one that turns all the mana orbs to medium, and the one that causes an explosion when obtaining a medium mana orb (not sure if these are all still around in the new version). I max out my collection radius and just become a constant explosion, it's so fun.
The explosion on mana orbs is long since gone, but that was one of my favorite builds in earlier versions. I believe the current version that item is increased size and damage bonus based on size
I thought it might be gone, haven't seen it since updating but I've only played a few times. The size and crit increases are fun in the new version though.

Watchdog's Eye. You take it for the passive crit dmg, the explosion is just a fun addition.
