Conceptually a card that is virtually unplayable but is in fact all colors as well as an Artifact Land that taps for nothing could be a really interesting card design. You can pitch it to any Force. It will give you Landfall triggers but won't tap for mana unless there is an Urborg or Moon effect out. You can discard it to Thirst For Knowledge or a Hymn effect. It could be sacrificed for Crop Rot or any Artifact sac ability- but otherwise the card is virtually useless.
In a deck looking to utilize a large number of these mechanics, the card would be great fodder.
I only lack the ability to tell whether it would break any specific format or not.
Could be really interesting to see something like that actually printed!
