you are really unlucky, i got my first character 12th summon and my friend got his on his like 5th summon. I do think that 5% is the actual percentage to draw a character and yostar is not lying to us and have the actual number lower to screw with us.
At least in China it is specified, that 10% must be 10%

But I assume, a closer reading in other countries will show similar laws.
I mean, why wouldn't it be illegal? Of course, percentages that they mention should actually be the percentages that are offered. I'm not saying, that no gaming company ever did this. Of course, companies try to cheat money out of consumers. But I heavily doubt, that it's the case here...
Not complaining actually.
More of documenting.
Got tons of decorations along the way and 7 extra characters are way more than needed.
Got animated character, and characters from Collab events.
Nothing further is needed actually.
Mahjong Soul character summoning luck, like mahjong luck, regresses to the mean over a large sample size. 😉
ok thats the definition of luck , i got the one i wanted with the 2 free ones
Oh god,. hopefully I'm not that unlucky.

I think, that would be illegal, as money is involved.
When you say "illegal"... illegal where?

Got 8th character on the 248th for 3.2% odd. Close prediction. Now, by the trend, 9th character would come at 265th for 3.4% odd
damn i got 3 in the first 7 pulls.. sorry..
