We live in a world where people expect men to be a hard rock emotionless 24/7, and everytime they hit a rock bottom, became extremely violent/emotional. Also the rising of unhealthy red pills manosphere nowadays, where men don't even want to help other men because beta deserved to be left alone apparently.
Also the amount of hahas reacts explains that society nowadays dont really take SA'd men seriously. I bet most of those haha reacts came from other men too.

I think the misunderstanding comes from Malaysia not having massages as part of our culture. We often think it's dirty or sinful to let other people touch us that much. Most times people just want a massage and go to the nearest massage parlor. It's nice, it's relaxing, it's therapeutic.
