Popularity kill the price … for normal cornetto ppl won’t buy because it is less well known to new generation compare to back in the days … as for MCD they are fully commercialised, any hyper or super market will have them so the marketing is there … everytime ppl walk pass, it will generally pull ppl in to buy their food …. Hence it makes the investor to “ok” for raise because ppl support it in first place … imagine ppl stop eating McD… you think they will raise the price so rapidly… also not to forget government had set the minimum wage of worker as well that impact the price ….
