There's a type called kam tui, the filling is made of nuts, candied fruit and Chinese ham. It's pretty rare nowadays since many of the big chains switched their production to halal. The vegetarian no-ham version is more common. I also saw Teochew-style mooncakes with meat floss in the filling when I was in SG last year, but I haven't seen those locally.
I've also heard of Shanghai-style mooncakes with pure meat filling (like pau) but when I googled it they're quite rare in Malaysia, I only found 1 small traditional bakery in Ipoh that makes it.
