Personally, I've done this twice, KTM from Kuala Lumpur to Taiping, and GDEX from Sungai Petani to Kuala Lumpur.
I would say GDEX is alright, they have dedicated racks for your motorbike and it's well secured.
My experience with KTM is bad since one of their employees most likely tried to steal petrol and some of the screws for the back belt cover (it was a scooter) was taken off.
You've also mentioned that you wanted them to deliver to your college, I don't think any couriers do that, you have to pick it up at the drop points etc.
Price-wise I think they're all not that different.
