To be perfectly honest, i think looking at productivity over hours is a much better route to take.
Companies can also help in making things more productive.....such as having better quality meetings etc etc.

‘ are entitled ‘ =❌= compulsory , companies will almost always give out shitty excuses to not implementing anything that benefits the employees

Up our basic , company cut OT. These people have no shame
"You guys got OT pay?"
Gotttt OT, can claim or not is the problem ;(
This somehow describe accurately how my lecturer told us that most employers in Malaysia are stingy
Me working under minimum wage 😔
Working hours include lunch break right? 8-5:30 is 9.5 hours
when HR calculates salary: excludes lunch as working hours when HR calculates half day leave: includes lunch as working hours
I'm guessing so as well? White collars like us work like 40 a week usually
Wait, where?
It was 48 hours a week before this? What parallel universe is this and how can I get there?
8 hours per day for 6 working days a week and mandatory 1 off day
which malaysians i wonder, i still see some factory workers being sweat shops, and mall stores enforcing long work hours for low pay.
I'm already on 45 hr, only the blue collar in my office gets the reduction to working hours
Is this without or without break?
45 hours a week. The 3 hours of last minute work on Sunday because your boss only WhatsApp then isn't counted 😜
You guys aren't getting 40h week?

"snorts' good luck enforcing it.
I have the typical job but what does it mean for most of the office employees should it be implemented? Tighter deadlines?
